Please report the loss or theft of your LRTM equipped computer as soon as possible. Upon receiving your report, we will immediately begin the recovery process.

To file your report by telephone or fax please contact us at (604) 608-4930. Reports should be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

Important: Once your loss or theft report has been filed, your account will have limited access to the management capabilities of LR. Some of these limitations are outlined below.

1. Computer owner
The loss or theft report will be created using the name of the registered owner of LR as it appears in our records. If this information is not accurate please update your contact details before submitting this report.

2. Computer details.
